2 sessions will be offered on October 25th (day of seeding) to all of our athletes.

Helen (registered with the YTT as yoga elder) is a nomadic yoga and embodied movement teacher. She has been holding classes, seminars, retreats and yoga teacher and massage trainings for 22 years

Helen’s aim is to invite a lightness of being and joy to our movement practice and to encourage others to listen and respond to natural inner impulses. This approach encourages the practitioner to create a strong relationship to the ground, the breath and to awakening the spine.
